Cache (a kind of data) is stored by the app each time you play in order to help TOYVERSE run and display smoothly.
That said, sometimes you may want to delete this information (known as "clearing the cache"). Doing so will reset your app's data storage, and can sometimes help resolve certain errors and display issues.
If you decide you want to try clearing your cache, first check the "Important Notes" listed at the bottom of the page, then try the following steps:
▼ How to Clear Your Cache
1 - First, tap the Menu button located in the upper right corner of your Home screen.

2 - Next, tap "Game and Privacy Settings" at the top of the Menu screen.

3 - On the next screen, scroll down and tap "Clear Cache" (located between "Online Status" and "Contact Us").

4 - After confirming the info in the pop-up, tap the "Delete" button.

▼ Important Notes:
- Clearing your cache will not affect your in-game items or information. (i.e. You will not lose any of your items or currency.)
- After clearing the cache, you will sometimes need to redownload data for the app.
- Depending on your network stability and the amount of data needed, it may take longer than expected to redownload data.
